Kernel source repositories

Kernel support CONFIG_XFRM_MIGRATE to get XFRMA_MIGRATE disabled ?

XFRMA_MIGRATE is required for Mobike support in libreswan. Mainline kernel default CONFIG_XFRM_MIGRATE is not set. Many distributions, Debian, Fedora, CentOS... enable this and few are missing it. Here is a list of feature requests to track.
